Veronika Gouskova – Managing Director
Veronika’s superpower is making even the smallest piece of writing a strategic exercise. Having led marketing teams in science and education, Veronika has an innate sense for strategy and believes our words can shift beliefs, relationships and behaviours.
From a poetry-loving kid taking out local young writer’s awards to an executive manager and entrepreneur, Veronika’s honed her craft: connecting people to new ideas about living sustainably on our planet.
Richard Gruner – Director
Richard’s superpower is helping businesses simplify their customer journey and connecting a market’s jobs to be done with a company’s value proposition.
As a part-time fitness junkie and handstand enthusiast, Richard enjoys viewing the world from a different perspective and disrupting the status quo. As a researcher and ideologist, he’s innately curious. He likes to stir things up but prefers his cocktails shaken.
